Calvin is a very kind hearted and accountable person! He is very good with animals being that he has three dogs of his own! He is very trustworthy and I couldn’t think of any one better to take care of my pets when I’m gone.

Calvin grew up in a family with lots of pets; cats, dogs, chickens, a horse, and bunnies. Calvin knows that training and trust with dogs takes time and patience is important. We have also fostered pets, and this has provided Calvin a lot of experience with a variety of pets and dog personalities. Calvin has provided lots of love and attention to these pets, played with them, walked them, and cared for them. Most importantly, he took care of them. Playing with pets is the fun part, however, providing care is not always fun, but essential to being a truly responsible and loving caregiver. In the middle of winter Calvin made sure the horse stall and chicken coop were clean, the water didn't freeze, and there was plenty of food. Dog owners understand spring yard clean up, never pleasant, but important to making sure the dogs had a clean yard to run around in. Calvin took on these tasks and always thought about making sure the animals were fed and that their areas were clean and safe. Although Calvin has always been good with dogs and loved his canine friends, it has been his genuine concern for their well-being that makes him an exceptional caregiver.
