Pet care experience
I've taken care of animals since I was a child for neighbours, friends and family. I found my love for looking after dogs when I moved to America and became a dog foster for Austin Pets Alive, giving dogs in the shelter a loving home until they found their forever home. I looked after dogs of all ages, the youngest being less than 6 months old and the oldest over 5 years old. Some older dogs I looked after also had behavioural issues which I managed to suppress over time with lots of love, care, and attention. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to have my own dog so I am looking to fill the furry void by taking care of others when needed.

Callum has been walking my Labrador on days when I'm working long hours out of the house. Callum is very reliable and trustworthy- and Oscar loves him!
Callum has been a great help for me and my fiancé, looking after our puppy. We met him just under a year ago as travel restrictions were lifted and every time we go away he is available to look after Rio. He is very loving and considerate of dogs and treats Rio like his own dog.

I love taking dogs for walks, I typically use a harness as opposed to a leash but that's just personal preference. Having looked after breeds such as Pitbulls, I am cautious about about letting them off-leash. In-home I am very caring and give dogs lots of attention and really become friends with them.

It is useful to know any special needs or behaviours that your dog may have. I don't have any preferences for breeds and love dogs equally regardless of size, breed or age.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks no matter where it may be. Whether it's on the street or in a field I'm an active person so I am happy to walk dogs are far as they need. I like playing typical games such as fetch and tug-of-war as well and will often use google to find some more to keep dogs entertained.

I'm currently working full-time in an office in Mayfair but I am free most weekends and will always make time if it means looking after dogs!
