Pet care experience
I’ve always loved and found it a privilege to be able to work with dogs stemming from growing up in a dog-loving family/house. I’m lucky to say i’ve had some great life experiences being able to say i’ve saved dogs lives to just being able to meet and befriend various dogs of all shapes and sizes. I’m looking to build more great memories and lasting relations with dogs(and of course with the owners too, but mainly the dogs!) which will hopefully help boost my expertise in the dog care industry. My general background of work largely consisted after lockdown when my daughter was born. I wasn’t able to work full-time so looked to dog care as a great alternative. I recently moved to oxford from a country side town called guildford, this is where i gained all my prior experience mostly working for friends of friends/ family.
Reviews
Callum is a loving and caring guy, he seems to find joy in looking after and caring other dogs. He’s active and loves walkers just like his customers 🐾. He is very outgoing and also drives which helps doggies that may be less abled or live further away!

Safety, trust & environment
I’m very adaptable and can easily cater towards an owners needs in terms of what rules and restrictions they have on their dogs. In order to reach an owners house i will use my car which is typically in order to travel in and out of oxford for my studies which has an ideal sized boot for fitting dogs in which is what i previously used for transporting dogs for dog walking.
Information Callum L. would like to know about your pet
It would be great to know how your dog is around other dogs - this will better my understanding of when to make the dog feel safe and keep them as comfortable as possible. I don’t mind if your dog is aggressive/ has a tendency to scratch or bite this is a lot more common then you may think so i’m used to being able to tell when this is a problem caused by emotion or just the way the dog likes to play, as an individual who grew up around cats and young dogs it’s safe to say i’m not bothered by the odd bite from an animal here and there!
A typical day
I love understanding the phycological aspect of dogs and what drives them to feel certain emotions and how they display these emotions. I believe this is the core of dog care as understanding a dog and how they feel greatly aids the way you can treat them and how comfortable they can be with you - like knowing when they want to play, rest, be left alone etc. is a great thing i’m happy to say i’m aware of when looking after and meeting new dogs.

I currently study at university in oxford and work saturday evenings at the sun in wheatley. Being able to continue my dog care would greatly fit my schedule as my daughter is now in full-time nursery leaving me with a lot more free time.
