I love dogs! I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a child. I’ve worked with all sizes, breeds and personalities. I do some training with dogs as well and enjoy helping to correct behaviors in dogs by working with their unique personality. My family jokes that I’m a dog whisperer because I can get any dog to like me and to learn new things. I take care of dogs like they are my own. Giving them love, attention and cuddles. I believe that our fur babies are our family and they should be treated as such! I have a border collie (Goose) who I’ve been loving for several years now and he is amazing. Super sweet and obedient. We go everywhere together including work. I would love to take care of your dogs for you and have the opportunity to work with many different furry friends!

We have a fenced area in our yard and a big open back yard as well. Our house is spacious and dog friendly. I’m not worried about slobber and hair getting on my furniture. If they stay with us they will be one of the family. Goose, my husband, and I often go to dog parks and other open areas and walks in the area and would gladly take your pooch with us!

Please let me know if your fur baby requires anything special to help them feel more at home or special needs. I prefer not to sit pit bull breeds without first having a meeting to make sure that they have good behavior.
A typical day
I can take them on walks, go to the park to play fetch, go to dog parks, bike rides, hikes etc. My yard is large enough to play with them in the yard too! I also love spending time challenging their minds as well by working on new tricks and good behaviors. Goose and I typically spend part of the day doing on leash and off leash work as well as playing frisbee or chuck it fetch. Then tons of cuddles and snuggles through out the day. I love playing with dogs and spending time with them so really anything dog related we will do it!

Availability
I’m a hairstylist so I make my own schedule. If I know ahead of time the needs your dog has I can make ways to accommodate them. Plus my husband works from home and is happy to help watching pups as well! I’m off work Saturday afternoons to Wednesday mornings so I’m super free and flexible on the weekends. Week days I can also do stuff too it just would depend on your dog’s specific needs.
