Pet care experience
I've had dogs since I was about eight, and I've been predominately responsible for my family's two dogs for most of my life. They are each on medications and special diets, so I can handle that easily. I taught my first dog basic commands and a couple fun tricks. Additionally, I foster young puppies (usually 4-8 weeks old) for Foothills Animal Shelter.

Callen is a gem! She took such great care of not only our 1 year old golden retriever, but also our home. She was very flexible and communicative, and even met up in person for a meet and greet before the booking! Our dog instantly loved her, and she had a great calm and soothing energy with him (which he needed since our dog can be very excitable!). Callen made sure to ask all the questions to make sure she took care of our pup the way we do. We came home to a house that was the exact shape we left it or better. We hope to work with her again in the very near future - she is AWESOME!
Our house looked great and cat seemed content when we got home!

A typical day
I'll let your dog set the pace! If they have a lot of energy, I know plenty of trails for walks, and I'm not opposed to a light jog either. If they're more on the chill side, we can play some games or just nap.

Availability
I'm a college student, don’t have classes on Tuesday or Thursday. On MWF I’ll be gone about 5 hours. Either way, I'll be home the majority of the day and night. I've provided a list detailing my availability below, since I have to work around my class schedule. This list is accurate for January-May 2024. Monday: Before 9:30 AM and after 4:30 PM Tuesday/Thursday: Before 1:30 PM and after 3:45 PM Wednesday: Before 8:30 AM and after 3:30 PM Friday: Before 9:30 AM and after 3:30 PM
