Pet care experience
I have been around dogs (and cats) my entire life, as both of parents have always had pets. All of our dogs have been rescued from shelters, so I have experience dealing with many different breeds and temperaments. I am from Oregon, and have many years of house sitting experience. I love to be active, and will give your dog plenty of exercise and attention. I am extremely responsible, kind hearted, and attentive. I am a full time law student and I can work from home if need be, so I would be happy to arrange my schedule accordingly in order to be at home with the animals while studying. I have been a vegetarian my whole life, and am truly an animal lover. Thank you for your consideration!

We boarded rooster with Calla for several days. She was consistent in her communication about Rooster’s stay, she made sure he got some great exercise, and she genuinely enjoyed having him there. She’s a true dog lover and it shows!
Since Calla was a child she has had a preternatural gift for connecting with animals. She shows tremendous patience and understanding in caring for animals and has been our "go to" animal care person since she was old enough to house sit. She grew up around large dogs and has been caring for them her entire life. As an adult, Calla's love and responsible care for animals makes her the ideal caretaker. As a multi-pet owner we can leave our house daily and/or go on vacation knowing that our pets are in the most responsible hands. I recommend Calla without reservation--you couldn't find a better animal care giver or a bigger dog lover than Calla.
Calla has always loved animals, especially dogs, cats and horses. She not only takes good care of their physical needs, but she also gives them the loving attention that helps them to thrive. She is extremely responsible and has a lot of experience taking care of not only her family's multiple pets, but also the pets of neighbors and friends. You know your dog will have a loving and trustworthy caregiver if you have Calla take care of him or her!
I have so many positive feelings about how satisfied we are with our dog sitting experiences with Calla. We strongly recommend her to anyone in a need for a dog care. She loves dogs and they sense it and love her back as our sweet furbaby does. Calla kept us informed all the time about our boy, including pictures and detailed messages. We came back to a very happy dog and a clean house. We couldn't ask for more. After the stay, your dog will miss her as our Bernie does today.

A typical day
I will go to the park, take your dog on long walks and runs (if they enjoy it), and possibly out of town on hikes if you have a vehicle. They will be totally spoiled with love, attention, and treats (if permitted by the owner).
