100 Dogs Fostered: You Can Trust Me
Pet care experience
I love dogs more than anything. From 2015 until 2022 when I relocated, I volunteered at a local dog rescue anywhere from 30-50 hours a week. It was the most rewarding work that I have ever done. I currently own two small dogs. One is a rescue with one eye and the other is the primadonna queen of the house. Before them, I had a beagle. I have lived with a dog for my whole life. I have experience as the Foster Coordinator of DPS Rescue for 5 years. I regularly would go to shelters to evaluate and rescue animals. I have fostered over 100 animals of all sizes, ages, breeds, and temperaments. There is nothing I am not comfortable with. I regularly vaccinate dogs so I am comfortable with administering vaccines or medicine with a needle. I am very good at administering pills. I have whelped before. Pregnant moms and their newborn puppies are one of my specialties.
Reviews
Great and reliable dogsitter.
Great communication, excellent with my dogs, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
Caity has been great with Ben. He loves his walks with her! I would definitely recommend her!
Caity was amazing! I needed a last minute sitter for my puppy and she was more than happy to help! My puppy came back at the end of the day super happy and seemed like she was already attached to Caity :) She’s absolutely wonderful for being so flexible and keeping my high-energy pup entertained!

I will treat your dog as if they were my own. As a former dog rescue volunteer, I deeply understand the steps necessary to keep dogs safe, especially with people that they don't know as well. I am used to doing introductions between myself and dogs. I do not speak Dutch yet and can only speak English.

Information Caity B. would like to know about your pet
The most important thing to know would be how they react to other dogs on walks. My own dogs can be reactive on a leash so I know how to deal with this if it happened but it would be good to know beforehand so that I can be prepared. I would also want to know if the dog is on the scared side so that I can ensure that I have the right safety protocols in place before I take them on a walk.
A typical day
I am a former collegiate cross country runner so I go on runs regularly and am always looking for a companion :) I love running at parks and would be happy to bring your dog with me on a run.
