Pet care experience
I've always been an animal person; I grew up with six dogs, two cats, three birds, two gerbils, and a hedgehog. I know what you're thinking. "Oh my word, a whole zoo?!" Yes. A. WHOLE. ZOO. Small dog, big dog, one cat or many. I promise you, I will strive to make your best friend my best friend too. Have a cat who needs to be looked in on? Don't worry, I've got you there too. I am a reliable caretaker for your dog/cat and will always treat your fur baby as my own and give them nothing but love and comfort while you're gone. I Love to walk dogs and play as well. So you can always feel good knowing your dogs will be in good hands and probably a bit spoiled while you are away. I have experience working with animals who have special diets, and that have to take special medications daily. Although I follow rover owners rules I am very laid back and always like to make sure any dog who comes in home feels completely comfortable and gets extra attention and love while their owners are away. I’m home full time unless I’m dropping my kiddo off at school or picking them. Don't worry the doggos get to go with them too! I will always be at home with my rover pups. I respect all owners' homes and rules for the home and pets while I am in their home caring for their pets. I always follow what instructions I’m given as well while they are in my home. Pictures and videos will always be sent throughout your fur baby’s stay and always sent to brighten your day, along with day to day updates.

I will recommend Caitlyn to anyone with pets. She sent me detailed reports every time she dropped in on my cats while we were out of town. She gave them the love and care they needed and also went above and beyond. I’ll be booking with her every time.

I have known Caitlyn since high school, my family and her family lived down the street from each other at one point in time. My family had scheduled a surprise cruise shortly after we graduated from high school and we had no one to watch our dog Mac while we were gone. But she was quick to offer to watch our dog and the rest was history, we got random photos and videos of the two of them hanging out and doing goofy things together. Macs favorite thing about having had Caitlyn as his official baby sitter is the trips to the “toy store” to pick himself out a new baby with her. Needless to say Mac has a new baby every time he went to see her. Mac unfortunately passed in 2022 but Caitlyn made sure to bring him a new baby and sat with us as he crossed the rainbow bridge. She has a way with animals and we are forever grateful for the 8 years of service she provided for not only us. But for Mac too.

I do have three cats of my own so dogs who are boarded MUST be cat friendly. I also have two children my boy is older but my daughter is still little. So doggies will always have someone to play with. I do live in an apartment complex but we have a dog park provided for playtime with balls and such, what better way to wear both child and mans best friend out than a good ole' fetch session.

I would like to know all about their habits, quirks and idiosyncrasies, the good ones and the bad ones. And do not worry about it; no fur baby on earth has really bad habits. We just have to learn to handle them. If your dog/cat consumes a special diet. Short notes about meal times and the amount of food that is fed, which treats are allowed and how much a day. Are there any allergies? Ex: chicken, etc. Are beach trips okay and if so what type of shampoo do you use for your best friend. (If we go during the summer - BOARDING DOG CLIENTS) Do they have any fears? Thunderstorms, fireworks, loud noises, ect. If we can make “toy store” trips and they get a new baby for their stay. Simply everything that makes them as comfortable as possible to facilitate the separation from you and your dog. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a kind of vacation for your dog too.
A typical day
I love to go for walks, so there will always be walkies. 2-3 times a day to be exact. We'll spend most of our day playing, getting to learn about each other and will take trips to the "toy store" of course with parents permission.
