Pet care experience
I have been taking care of animals my whole life, gaining my first responsibilities with pets at age 7 with my own hamster. My responsibilities with the family pets as I got older, going from just feeding the dogs and cats to walking them over time. Unless I was at my father's house on cage cleaning day, I cleaned my hamster's cage myself. I have been cleaning litter boxes, both simply scooping and deep cleaning, since I was 10. I have experience with a broad range of pets from our furry four-legged friends to helping out with reptiles and birds, though my experience with the latter 2 is limited. I currently have a kitten and occasionally do drop-in visits for my family, often helping my mother care for her 2 cats when she is out of town and letting my aunt's dogs into her yard to do their business and get out some of their pent-up energy.

Caitlyn has been helping to manage our dogs’ high energy while my husband recovers from back surgery. She is reliable, friendly, and flexible. The dogs love their play time with Caitlyn and are sufficiently exhausted to stay relatively quiet the rest of the day.
Cat is absolutely wonderful! She is so flexible with my ever-changing schedule, and my dog always looks so happy in the photos she sends while I am working! Highly recommend!
Caitlyn was wonderful! My dog can be picky but she warmed up to caitlyn right away! She was on time and so friendly (even my hellion cat liked her lol) Cutie came back tired and happy!!! I'll be using her again for sure!!!

I have a kitten who gets along well with other cats if your cat is lonely and you would like a play date. He regularly plays with my mother's cats and can often be seen on my shoulders or in my arms around Derry. He has minimal experience with dogs, though, so I will not bring him to a client's house who has both dogs and cats. If you are unsure if your cat likes being around other cats, I would like you to not request I bring him by so your pet does not get stressed out. He is currently only available for play dates with male cats, and will be available for play dates with females after he has been neutered. I like to see dogs getting their exercise, so I will gladly play with your pooch like I do my aunt's dogs when I stop in to help her out. This includes games of fetch or tug-of-war, or simply running around to burn off some energy. I also love seeing dogs at the dog park, so a visit to play with other pups is never out of the question, so long as your dog gets along well with other dogs. If socializing isn't your pup's thing, a walk in the local park or around the neighborhood is just as fun. My time with your pet is 1-on-1 to their needs.

It is very important to know what the dog is and isn't allowed to have. Being as I'm fussy about what I feed my kitten, I imagine most pet owners have their own rules around those things. I also need to know if there are areas you'd prefer your dog to walk or ares you'd rather they not enter.
A typical day
I like to go to the various rail trails to walk, or maybe to the dog park for some pooch socialization. I enjoy playing fetch and tug-of-war almost as much as most dogs do.

Availability
I work for a bus company. During the summer school program, I am available every day after 12pm for walks or drop-ins. This changes during the school year to available from 10am to 1pm for walks or visits on Monday thru Friday, and after 12pm on Saturday and Sunday.
