Pet care experience
Ever since I can remember I have been a pet sitter/walker. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher in Washington, NC but live in Greenville. I regularly care for a 1-year-old Great Dane and 6-month old dachshund on weekends while the owner works long hours at the hospital. I am responsible for taking them out, walking, playing and feeding twice a day. I have experience with many different types of dogs as well as a German Shepard lab mix and a Jack Russell mix named Finnegan and Brinley !! I have had Finn since I was 8 and Brinley since I was 22 I am now 26. So I have experience with dogs of all ages and how each age requires different types of care. I often times stay at the owners house to house sit as well. I have plenty of references that will be happy to assure you that your Fur Babies will be in good hands! I Hope I can be an assist to you and your families and I look forward to hearing from you!!

Before sitting for a dog I like to know a little about them. There favorite toys, things they are scared of or don’t like, any possible medications or allergy’s they may have, and any special treatment they may need. I also like to know their regular feeding/walking/ bathroom schedule so i can keep it as regular and normal as possible!
A typical day
I love to go to Dog parks with animals that are used to that type of environment! Socializing with other fun friends! I like to Walk my dog around the lake trail by my house and I am more than happy to walk your dog’s there as well if you are okay with the travel of getting there. I like to play fetch and tug of war and get them outside and running around. I love to run myself so a dog that can keep up with me is even better! I can’t wait to play and love your dog!

I am a teacher so mornings and nights are better for weekdays during the school year. On holidays, weekends or summers I am wide open for all the puppy needs!
