This was the first time I'd used Doggy Day Care through Rover. I suppose it's a bit unnerving to leave your family pet with what is, speaking plainly, a stranger. If you're considering it, but are unsure, I'm here to tell you that it works; and you'll be fine if you make a booking with Caitlin. Caitlin looked after my eight month old (but rather large) Golden Retriever, Buddy for the day at her home. From the moment he arrived, Caitlin was confident in dealing with Buddy and he responded well to her straightforward commands. Buddy made himself at home and it was clear that he and Caitlin were going to get on very well. About two hours after I'd left, I received some photos showing me that Buddy had had a long morning walk and settled in without issue. When I picked him up, Caitlin gave a brief verbal break down of the day's events. Confirming that Buddy was fed his lunch, which he ate with gusto (again showing how comfortable he was) and later went for his afternoon walk. I'm told that he was so relaxed that when they weren't out walking he spent most of the day asleep on the sofa, on his back with his legs in the air! Once all is said and done, you get a report card. Which gives you a further break down of what happened throughout the day (feeding / drinks / bowel movements / etc.) - Caitlin also included some lovely photos of Buddy asleep on the sofa. All in all, it was a highly convenient and straightforward booking process and on the day it ran without any issues. So if you need Doggy Day Care in the Ashford area, I'd recommend Caitlin. I'll certainly be happy to book Buddy in with her again.

Caitlin looked after Lola over Easter amazingly and with regular updates. She came back completely relaxed and happy. Will definitely use Caitlin again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you Caitlin!
