Caitlin was great! I can tell Yazmin highly enjoyed herself. She kept her active and loved. Definitely would/will book again!

While I felt our dogs were very happy with Caitlin’s care and our home was in good shape upon our return, we were ultimately a bit disappointed and upset about two things that occurred during Caitlin’s stay at our home. The first is that after we were very clear that our dogs should never be off-leash, we have video evidence from our ring app from our front door that on multiple occasions they were allowed to run out the front door off leash. We felt this was unsafe and irresponsible, especially after we were very clear that neither of our dogs could be off leash. Thankfully they ran out to a car and back, but both dogs were shown to be scanning the street for more interesting activity to pursue and thankfully returned to the home on their own. Second, while we never had a discussion with Caitlin about houseguests, we were upset to see that she had an overnight houseguest in our home. If it was previously discussed and/or if we had met the guy who came and stayed overnight, I think that would be one thing, but an uninvited guest to our home while we were out of town is unacceptable. We are very private people and it’s tough for us to leave our dogs home with anyone, must less someone who didn’t stop to consider that this would be inappropriate without prior approval. As I said- the dogs were happy and healthy upon our return, but we felt a bit hurt and betrayed by these findings (which we only knew about because of our Ring app) and do not feel that we can trust Caitlin for a repeat sitting.
