Caitlin was awesome! Woodford has separation anxiety and some socializing problems at times. She did great introducing him to her dogs and he spent the entire time relaxed!

I booked Caitlin for six 30-minute visits. She used the Rover app for the visit, but that was the only one she used the app for to track the time she was here. The second day I reached out to Caitlin at 9:15 a.m. because she was supposed to be at my house at 8 a.m. She told me she had taken care of the kitties but wasn't using the app. I told her I checked my Ring doorbell and no one had entered my house. She then came back and said she thought her boyfriend had taken care of the kitties, but he did not and she would be there. She did not use the Rover app and was only at my house for 14 minutes. The next visit she was there for 10 minutes. The fourth visit she was there for 18 minutes. The fifth visit she was there for 13 minutes. I had asked for pictures when I booked her. I had to ask for pictures while I was out of town to get her to send them to me. I asked if she had been filling up the water bowls and she said that she only saw the kitties drinking a little, but would check on her 6th visit. She filled up one bowl, but when I got home the second bowl had very little water in it. I have contacted Rover and asked for a partial refund because I did not get 30 minute drop in visits like I paid for. I also did not get daily pictures. Each visit was supposed to be at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. None of the visits were done within even an hour of the time committed. The last visit was done at 11:05 a.m. The previous visit was down at 6:59 p.m. which meant the kitties were not being fed on a regular schedule.
