Hello! My name is Caitlin and I am an experienced dog walker/owner with over ten years of experience in the dog-sitting industry, 4 years of which I have been working in Winchester I have loved animals all my life and have been lucky enough to own furry friends in all shapes and sizes. I love exploring new places and making a few furry friends along the way. There is so much beauty in England and pet sitting/dog walking allows me to be outside and see it in a way that would be impossible otherwise. I travel part of the year and being on the move makes having an animal companion impossible at the moment, so pet sitting allows me to exercise my love of animals. I work a full-time, remote tech job from my cottage in Winchester. I only care for one household of pets at a time so that I can easily fit care around my work schedule and provide more attention to your pets. I am able to provide two 30-minute walks per day in the morning before I start work and again in the evening in the many parks and trails right on my doorstep. Frequent bathroom breaks are provided in our secure garden. Please note, if more exercise is required over an hour, additional walks can be added for £15 per 30 minutes. Also, my garden and house are not secure for Husky, Alaskan malamute, and other large working breeds. I like to take your furry friend with me during the week when I work from cafes or to brunch on the weekend, but if your furry friend is unable to come, am never gone for more than 4 hours at a time and never more than 6 hours in a 24-hour period. This is only occasionally during the week when I have a client meeting during the day and then subsequently have a dance class in the evening. Due to my schedule, I am unable to accommodate dogs with separation anxiety or dogs that cannot be left for a minimum of 4 hours. I live close to the city center of Winchester where there are lots of dogs, cats, people, sirens, and construction workers around. Therefore, it is crucial that your dog is able to walk nicely on a lead as it is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest green space on busy roads. Dogs are allowed free home of the house during the day but sleep downstairs in the kitchen in the evening. The earliest pick-up/drop-off time is 8 am. The latest drop-off/pick-up time is 9pm. Pick-up and Drop-off service is only available within Winchester city.
