I’m currently self employed and do most of my work out of my home. Because of this, my schedule is pretty flexible. I have two children (a 14 year old and soon to be 11 year old). I am responsible for getting them to and from school, those are the only times I’m unavailable (about a 30 minute window for pick up and drop off).

I understand that the purpose of my role is to provide care and companionship when you are away. If you have a fenced in yard, I can hang out in the yard with them. If you need me for a walking service, I will get them exercise they need. For those pets that need to be crated, I’m comfortable getting them in and out of the crate. I will provide updates as I arrive to and leave your home.

I have experience with aggressive and reactive dogs. For safety reasons, I have made the decision to not take on aggressive clients. If your dogs is reactive during walks, I am comfortable with that. I have trained all three of my dogs to not be reactive on leash.
A typical day
I enjoy bonding with my clients. Because of this, you can expect me to give them lots of attention. I enjoy staying active and also playing with their toys. I enjoy teaching them commands too.

*Special Announcement: I have accepted a new job that has changed my availability. Because of this, I am no longer offering care full time. I have experience with cats, dogs, horses and most recently birds. I have volunteered at multiple animal rescues throughout my life and worked at a pet store in my late teens. I currently have three dogs of my own and a Green Cheek Conure. I have a genuine love for animals and have always found a way to surround myself with them. As someone who has had multiple pets throughout their life, I have an understanding of what pet owners are looking for in a care giver. I also understand how the importance of being communicative and transparent and value having a trusting relationship with both the animals I care for and their humans.
