Cait has been an animal caretaker and advocate for some time. Her nuclear family has owned pets for almost all of her upbringing. It is evident that she is comfortable around animals and enjoys their company. She has an adorable tabby cat, Radley, and he is mild mannered and sociable. Her love for Radley shows in the way his purr rumbles, the way his head gently nudges, or the way his attention focuses when she's nearby. She also works quite well with a variety of other pets. In the initial meeting of my golden-doodle, Cait patiently gained trust and was quickly and casually walking the dog around. Beyond house pets, Cait likes to embrace nature in its totality. She is very much at peace exploring a local trail or soaking in a sunset. It would not be a big surprise to find Cait visiting the dairy cows at the MSU farms. Animals are lovely companions and Cait certainly knows this.
