Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs apart of my life for 25 years & have loved dogs of every kind!! We own two gorgeous golden retrievers who are 2 and 3yo named Honey (girl, 2) and Bentley (boy, 3) and they absolutely adore playing with other doggies all day! We own a cozy home with a huge fenced in backyard for your pups to run around all day long. We have multiple food and water towers to accommodate for our guests, plenty of toys, & organic dog treats. Finally, my husband & I enjoy taking our pups around the block for a walk or we often travel to Forest Park which is just about a 13 min drive from our house to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air.

Cait and Tommy were great. They took great care of Oreo. When Oreo ran out of his own food, they shared their dog food.
Tex had a wonderful stay with Cait. He loved being with her and her dogs. She took very good care of him.
Cait did a wonderful job taking care of Marvin while I was away! He came home worn out (in a good way) and got to hang out with people a lot, which he loves.
Cait was super accommodating of our last-minute request, due to a death in the family. The dogs were super content and comfortable under her care.

Like I said, we have a huge backyard that’s fenced in completely. We do not crate our dogs, as they just sleep or play when we are away but if your dog(s) needs to be crated we can accommodate for that if you bring your own crate! We also have a large dog crate that we used to use for them when they were puppies if needed. For food schedules, I am very good with accommodating for all guests needs! Our dogs eat at breakfast and dinner time so they know what a good schedule is like. If your dog is a grazer throughout the day, we will just have to keep the food in another area of the home so my big dogs don’t try to scarf it down (lol!) we can administer any medications for your dogs if need be. Your dog is in amazing hands! You couldn’t find two people who love dogs as much as my husband and I do :) You will receive daily updates of pictures and videos of your dog to put your mind at ease because trust me, we know how important it is to be able to trust those who are loving on your dogs while you’re away!

Just let us know beforehand if your dog has special needs or any other behavior problems that need to be talked about before their stay! Our dogs are friendly and will get along with all dogs unless they are very aggressive.
A typical day
I understand the balance between play and rest for all dogs! Our dogs have a very balanced life which consists of both play time and rest to recover for their next adventure! We take our dogs on lots of walks around the neighborhood and to forest park throughout the week, as well as let them play outside whenever they wish. We also have a large blow up pool that we utilize on the warmer days for our pups and guests in the spring and summer months!

I am a pediatric chiropractor which is only 3 days a week from 9-5pm, my husband is a full time track and field coach at WashU and works everyday from 10-7pm however I am usually the one who’s home more throughout the day to see my pets, take them outside or for a walk and play with them! Even though we work, we gladly accept dogs throughout the weekdays and weekends—whatever fits your needs.
