I've been surrounded by animals my entire life & i've always enjoyed helping to take care of them! I've had everything from furry friends to reptiles, but dogs will always hold a top tier special place in my heart. Currently I can't have a dog of my own, so I tried thinking of the next best option... dog sitting! I started dog sitting in 2020 by word of mouth, and I enjoyed it so much I looked up dog sitting services which brought me here! I love going on walks & playing outside with dogs almost as much (if not just as much!) as they love it. It's important to me your pet is happy & getting all of the attention, exercise & nutrients they need! I also have experience with oral medications for dogs. The main service I offer is house sitting, but other services are available upon request/discussion. Bonus - you'll never come home to a dirty house... i LOVE cleaning & organizing! ***I am severely allergic to cats, if you have cats I can not sit for you, sorry!

I have a 2 yr old Mini Schnauzer, Hank. I and most would say that he is my furry baby. I was going on vacation, and was pretty reluctant about leaving him. Once we met her, I felt very relieved that she would be staying with Hank! She took such good care of Hank while I was vacation. She kept me informed of how he was doing via texts, pictures, videos. She is very caring, reliable and professional. Perfect combination. I will definitely be calling Cailyn again for my next vacation.
Cailyn has dog sat for me for over a year and I can’t recommend her enough! My dogs absolutely love her and get so excited when she comes over. She has also done overnights for me and long weekends! My dogs are my babies and I trust her with no worries. It feels so good to know they are in good hands!

For house sitting, it is required that I meet with you & your pets in person (if same day booking, facetime/video call is okay) prior to staying in your home so that not only you and I feel comfortable, but so that your pets can meet me & get to know me too! I also like to take that time to ask & answer any questions regarding me and your pets care. **** I have multiple clients I sit for, not everyone has left reviews but I am more then happy to offer references!

Important things for me to know about your pet: - medications (dosage/how often) - diet (special foods, treat rules, etc) - interaction with unfamiliar dogs/humans - okay/not okay to travel (dog parks, trails, etc) - anything else you feel is important for me to know!
A typical day
A typical dog sitting day with me starts off with waking up & taking the dog(s) out! Breakfast for me (and your pet! only if part of their diet) & some cleaning. Typically, I like to get in a minimum of three 15 minute walks a day if you do not have a fenced in yard. If you have a fenced in yard & your dog(s) are allowed to play freely, I like to let them go in and out freely & play as much as they'd like (weather permitting!!!) If there's a dog park or anywhere close by to let them play (only if owners give explicit permission) I like to take them out for a change of scenery! If this is something your not comfortable with, that is 100% okay! We'll talk about everything during out meet & greet!

Availability
I'm a Microbiologist in Allentown, PA. I work 12pm-10.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. I am able to let your dog(s) out on my lunch break. Please keep this in mind when requesting any type of service. Weekends and Wednesdays I am free to spend with the pups all day!
