Hi y'all I'm Caelin. I'm a proud UW alum! I'm located in the Issaquah Highlands area :) I work remotely with a flexible 9-5 job. We've been planning on adopting a doggo when we can afford a bigger place, but for now, let me be your Cool Dog Auntie and spoil your pet (or pets) rotten! We love animals more than people 😆 We are also massive introverts, but with social skills! My time is pretty flexible when I'm not stuck in meetings. But even then, I can house sit and hang out with your pets while I am working and take them out for walks! I'm an animal lover at heart and I will treat your pets like my own family. As a millennial with no plans for having children, I know how our pets have turned into our own kids! I have so much love to give to animals and though we could never afford a home, my dream is to one day build a home where we can foster shelter animals and provide a loving environment, rather than a sad cage in a shelter. We're probably the reason why pet limits in apartments exist, because we'd have 10 dogs and 20 cats by now 😆 I am totally down with a meet and greet first before committing as well! We can meet at a pet friendly cafe, neutral place, or meet at your house to do introductions with your furry family in their safe space. ---------------- What you can expect: - So much care, love, and attention for your pet(s) - Updates with videos and pictures! I can even video call with you so you can check in on your pet(s) - Cleanliness and assurance that your home will be safe and your pets are happy - Lots of attention, play, and walks (if applicable) - An end-of-visit report that will give you a summary of our activities and what we did Logistics: - I can do quick dog walks, overnight stays, house stays, and drop ins. Rates listed at firm and non-negotiable. - Same day cancellation is ok but I request that you cancel at least 2-3 hours before our agreed time - I do work 9-5 but it is pretty flexible if I don't have any meetings. - Dog walking is limited to 10mi away. - House Stays can be up to a 2hr drive away from my home. - Drop ins are limited to 15 miles away. - I can provide references! I can also refer other sitters! - Okay with security cameras in the home as long as there is notice beforehand. - No reptiles or spiders - Comfortable with non-needle medications

Caelin is amazing with pets! She has had many cats before and still has so much love for her cats right now. She is knowledgeable in caring for your cats medically emotionally and physically. I cannot stress enough how trusting and caring she is when it comes to her pets and the pets of others. She dog sat for my senior dog and I can tell my dog had a very relaxing and fun time. I highly recommend Caelin as your next go to person for your Rover experience!
Caelin has watched my mini dachshund a few times and always is responsible, attentive, and caring. My dog is shy and takes time to warm up to new people. Caelin understood this and maked sure to do her best to work slowly with him at the pace he was comfortable with. He loves her now!

While we cannot provide boarding care at our own home, I am open to staying overnight or for days or weeks at a time at the client's home with their pet(s) For House Sitting & Home Stays with pets: - They will RARELY be alone. Honestly, they might only be alone when I am tending to my human needs like showers and my own potty breaks haha! - I work remotely so I can work wherever I can bring my laptop with. I often work with a pet or two on my lap so I'm used to multitasking that way. - I will LITERALLY treat them as if they are my own and update you with tons of pictures, videos, and even schedule video calls for you and your pet(s). The safety and care of your pets is my number one priority and I intend to spoil them rotten. For walks and outings, I make sure that they are always within sight and within good distance when unleashed. I have my own headlamp that I use as well for better visibility!

- Let me know if there is anything of note that is important to me to know regarding your dog(s). - I would like care instructions with important numbers, any allergies or behavioral things I should look out for, medication list. Current vet information is also requested just in case! - I'd also love a summary of their likes, dislikes, and temperament, and this will basically be like their pet profile. Please include feeding instructions, bathroom routine, and any other schedules I will need to follow.
A typical day
Each dog is different and it's not a one size fits all approach when it comes to animal care. I will make sure that they are comfortable at all times! I will follow your directions. If they like to go on walks via a specific route, we will go there. If they have a more adventurous bone, we can go hiking or explore new routes. We'll play to their heart's content but also keep an eye on their energy level so that they get adequate rest. ~ You will be in constant communication with me and I will send plenty of updates!!

I work remotely with a flexible 9-5 job on the computer. My husband and I are introverts and we don't go out much except for walks around the neighborhood. I have so much love to give to so many amazing pets and will treat your pets like our own. I will stick to their routine and make sure that they are safe, happy, and loved.
