Brytanni was awesome! She gave Zak a super welcoming home full of lots of love and fun!

I gave Brytanni 2 stars because she met the basic requirements for taking care of a dog. However, there were several things that occurred that would make me not rebook with her. First, she requested a different drop off time than the one that I had provided. If you wanted an earlier drop off time don’t say yes to the booking. When we dropped Eddie off he could not explore the back yard because there was a blanket covered in fleas from another dog. The fleas may have been out of her control but nonetheless. Next, while we were away, I had to prompt the sitter to send photos and updates. I would have liked my sitter to be more proactive with sending updates to me in regards to my senior doggo. When I came to pick Eddie up, his bed and kennel padding were in a trash bag. Apparently, another dog had “poopy paws” and walked on his beds. However, there was also poop on the side of his kennel crate. So I had to wash all of his bedding. On top of the crate was a bag of things that weren’t ours which I thought was odd. I had to ask for the bag I brought with his favorite toys, treats, and harness. However, she could not find them. She said she would find it. In addition, when I was embracing Eddie, I noticed that his head smelled like urine which I though was odd, so when I got home I gave him a bath. When I arrived at home I received a message from her that she found the missing things. I was unable to go back to her house a separate time since I am busy and we do not live in the same town as her. When I came to pick it up the next day, she did not answer, but I was able to get her number from one of her roommates. I contacted her via text and left since I had a prior engagement. Later on I get messages from her saying the bag of his things is outside her house. It was cutting it close but I was able to swing back to her place to pick up Eddie’s things. When I looked in the bag there were two dog bowls that weren’t his so I placed them next to her door. The bag was missing his favorite toy, and one of the other toys had poop on it! I reached out to her about the missing toy and said that I was unable to come out again. I then told her about the poop on the kennel and the toy and she responded by saying she will throw the toy away. Overall this was not the best experience.
