Professional, attentive and genuine

Pet care experience

I grew up in a house where we rescued stray animals regularly. We would foster them until they could find them loving homes. Many found their loving home with my family. This equates to over a decade of experience with taking care of cats and dogs of all ages, all with an assortment of different needs. My roommate is currently a 2.5 year old Great Pyrenees/ Siberian Husky mix (Raised him from 10 weeks old and he still doesn't pay me rent).

My dog had a great time when Bryce watched him at his house over the Holidays! He sent updates and my dog had a great time relaxing on his couch and playing with Odin. He also dropped by my house daily to check-in on my cat and sent daily updates for the drop ins.

Our shih-tzu Louie did great with Bryce and his dog Odin. Bryce communicated very well, sending pictures and videos putting my mind at ease. We will definitely be booking Bryce and Odin again. :)

I recommend Bryce to walk your dogs and you can have confidence that he is a safe and caring dog walker. He has a lot of experience with different breeds and temperaments. Bryce has military experience as a commissioned officer which brings along great responsibility. Bryce likes to keep busy and dog walking is a way to do that while he is enjoying your pets and starting a new career. Signed, His Mom

For boarding in my home, I have a home which is roughly 1800 square feet. It has a decently sized backyard for dogs to run and paly in. My dog has a blast back there digging up dirt each chance he gets. There is only one spot on the fence line around the side yard that is somewhat low (a swing gate roughly 4ft). The rest of the fencline is 6ft or higher. A decently athletic dog might jump it if they really wanted though Odin has never tried nor is he coordinated enough to do so. Regardless, I still take care to check on him frequently when I let him into the yard to ensure he doesn't attempt to jump the fence. If other dogs were to be boarded in my house, I would not leave them in the yard without myself being present and observing their actions. My entire bottom floor and stairs are tile and hardwood. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs where the rest of the house is carpeted, allowing me to control when dogs are allowed and not allowed in that area of the house if they are not potty trained. It is no worry if they have accidents downstairs. I also have a large dog crate if clients prefer their dogs to be crated at any time. There is a small park right in front of my house as well, if clients want their dogs to have more active play time with more freedom to run around on grass I can bring them to the park. I have a 100ft cabled leash that I can plant into the ground to ensure that they can't run into the street. I am a very active person and don't mind taking dogs for runs at clients requests.

I just came off of active duty military status. Spent the last four years as an officer in the Army. I do not have any other employment at the moment which makes my day to day quite free. Ill step out of my house for no more than an hour to two hours at a time for errands and to go to the gym. Other than that my current routine revolves around taking care of my Odin. (My dog aforementioned). I'm used to being up before 5am everyday from the military so that's where each day starts with my pet care. I let my dog out in the yard for roughly 10-15 minutes and prepare his breakfast. I will usually spend about 5-10 minutes running him through some training commands after this. I let him out for potty breaks roughly every 2 hours, or as needed if he asks. Because he is a pyrenees and a husky I have to brush his coat almost daily. For his exercise, I play with him throughout the day though it doesn't for more than 5 minutes each time. Most of his exercise comes from his nightly run when he pulls me on my skateboard. I usually have to do this just as the sun sets when the ground is cool enough for his paws during the summer and there is still enough light to be clearly visible to traffic.
