We have become very capable of caring for reactive dogs over the past year and continue to work with both male and female dogs who have experienced past trauma, and individually create a safe and positive environment to see progress in their confidence and socialization with other humans and dogs. I also offer 24/7 emergency services (pickup, drop off, boarding, etc..). I grew up with dogs in my home, and they were regarded integral family members as everyone else. I've personally bred, raised, and trained dogs and consider myself knowledgeable and dependable in this field. Every dog is their own unique being - their personality traits are so interesting to watch as they mature. I live with my Fiance, Joanna, in a loving, comfortable, and clean home. We will happily welcome your dog or cat in our home and make them feel part of the family, while your away. I am currently working remotely at home, so I am available for my clients for any and all of their needs; walks, runs, ball play, medications, naps, socializing, etc. I am available for sitting anytime, day or night from a quick visit, to a long vacation - your dog or cat will be sure to get the best and most attentive care from drop off to pickup. Also in case of an emergency I can come and pick up my clients anytime day or night. I'm very focused on the pets I sit, I know how much they mean to you and if there is any fear or threat perceived by them, I make sure to comfort them, and fix the situation as not to happen again if at all possible. I'm always, 24/7 fully aware of where and what your pup is up to so they are not harmed nor at risk from anything , anytime. I happily treat them as if they were my very own pet. I like to ask for instructions upfront from the owner so I can get a basic idea of what I should plan for the pup or cats stay with me. I live in an apartment community that is only a 10 min walk to Washington park and a 2 min walk to Goose Hollow Park. there are many other parks nearby and I like to visit at least 2 a day to get our steps in! I follow the owners care and feeding instructions to the T, and all other important instructions as well including medications, social contact, or no contact, any specific needs you can be assured I will fulfill them as requested and required. I have ample experience in dogs with special needs(elderly, post surgery, seizure prone, major anxiety, depression, extreme behavioral issues, etc...) In these situations there will be a 45.00 per-day "Special Needs Care Fee" added to the booking to help cover the extra time, tasks, and specific care needs. Please feel free to inquire about this information at anytime. It is against my moral beliefs to crate an animal and leave unattended. If I have to leave my home for any reason my lovely fiance, Joanna, will be there with your pup attending to their affection and fun, if they are not allowed to come with me on my errands. We strive to make sure that when you pick up your pals from our home that they are as happy and healthy as when you left them in our care or even better sometimes. They deserve attention, proper care and exercise, and I make certain that these needs are met. My routine revolves around their routine. Each and every Rover is different and requires a different set of care instructions from their owner. I make sure to follow these instructions to the "T". I guarantee that they receive a healthy amount of outdoor time depending on the pup, and they will receive more than enough affection and attention that they feel carefree and happy and most of all they feel safe and comfortable to be here. While on outings they will not be unleashed at any time for any reason, even if owner gives permission to do so! I'm very capable of caring for reactive dogs and take all possible measures to insure their comfort and reduce stress.
