My wife and I own a female Weimaraner that we walk around our home in Sudden Valley often. This area is ideal for dog walking due to the hills and trails that can provide great exercise. Growing up on a western Washington farm we owned Australian Cattle dogs, they were able to run free across our large property of open fields and forest. After moving away I quickly realized that most don't have that amount of space for their dogs to roam freely. I know that I can't recreate the farm, but my goal with our dog has been to try to provide some of this fun that all dogs deserve by walking and running with her. I now want to expand that to other dogs in the Bellingham area who just could use a bit more exercise!
