Currently, we have two pool loving Black Labrador Retrievers. The oldest, Natty, is 12. She is our cancer survivor and had to have her right foreleg amputated 6-1/2 years ago. It has slowed her down some but not when it comes to diving into the pool. The puppy, Millie, is no longer a puppy at now 4 years old. We adopted her from Maryland Animal Sanctuary & Rescue. She is a Lab mix and has four white paws and a white tip tail. Natty is the most intelligent dog that I have ever personally known. I field trained her to help me find my disc golf discs that errantly get tossed into the woods. Millie excels at chasing down & catching soft discs thrown and is so happy to return with it.
