After our dog proved too challenging for our previous sitter mid-trip, Rover support was able to efficiently connect us with Bryan and he quickly proved himself capable and reliable. Our dog is something of a velcro dog and tends to develop separation anxiety. Compounding this she is quite storm-scared and the weather took a turn for the stormy during our trip. Bryan was able to step in quickly, transition smoothly with our previous sitter, and effectively attend to our dog’s needs as well as the needs of our cats. He clearly has a passion for pet care, and I speak for both myself and my household members when I say that we were very grateful to receive such diligent service. In addition to his stellar care for our pets, he was attentive to the other needs of the household and asked good questions whenever anything was unclear.

There aren't many people I trust taking care of my dog or house sitting for me but Bryan is definitely one of them. He is trustworthy, respectful, responsible, and loves animals. He communicated with me while I was away and even sent me picture updates of my dog. He is an experienced dog owner and knows how to give them the love and attention they deserve. He followed all of my instructions and requests perfectly. If you want someone that's going to go above and beyond for your animal then Bryan is your guy!

There are not a lot of people that I would trust with my dog, or any other dog for that matter. Bryan is MORE than trustworthy! He is a caring, kind, responsible and a loving human being. He absolutely loves and cares for dogs, and I know for a fact that he would be an amazing addition to the Rover family. He is an experienced dog owner and will give the dog all of the attention and care needed. Bryan goes above and beyond to care for animals and follow any instructions or requests by the owner. I know in my heart that Bryan would do anything and everything to make sure that the dog is taken care of in the most loving, careful and responsible way.

I was very pleased with my dog sitting experience -Bryan and his family were very accommodating & I was very comfortable knowing they were looking after my dog while I was out of town. Not only did I receive several pictures of Ellie during her stay, but I received updates as well. I will certainly reach out to Bryan in the future!
