Hi I'm Bryan! I am a responsible adult male who is happy to share my home with your furry familiar. Pet parents are cordially invited to come over for a Meet & Greet at Family Picnic Ranch to discover all the great amenities for a purrrfect pet sitting experience. I am available for one-on-one pet time to ensure a watchful, caring, and stress-free supervision where they can thrive and be happy while their owners are away. Otherwise my limit is 2 pets per session. While I prefer to host your fur-baby at my home for doggie day care or overnights, I am also available for drop-in visits and overnights at your pet's place. During our time together I am committed to promoting kindness, supporting your pet's well-being, and providing your special needs or older pets with loving care and patience. I’m happy to play with favorite toys and don’t mind spending extra time for snuggle sessions. Plus I have a sweet spot for lap dogs and older pets. My 14 year old Maltese Scout recently went over the rainbow bridge, so I have a special place in my heart for little white dogs, or any dog that resembles a teddy bear.

Bryan is a great dog sitter. He watched my 2 year old Golden Retriever for 8 days. She loved him!… they soul bonded, so I don’t know if you want your dog completely content while you’re away. If that’s not your thing then keep looking. She was well looked after and did not miss any meals. I would definitely use Bryan again. 👏

Bryan is probably one of the best cat/dog sitters ever. I have a special needs cat named Bodhi who is partially blind and had been recovering from an injured leg when Bryan cat sat for him. Bryan watched him for a week and made sure he got the medicine he needed and all the comfort and cuddles as well. Bodhi was behaving quite erratically because of his injury and also because of his blindness and Bryan had so much patience with him. He took him out in his kitty back pack which was is one of Bodhi's favorite activities to do. I felt so safe leaving my baby with Bryan and would definitely ask him to pet sit again in the future.

The ranch has gated access so no need to worry about car traffic, neighboring pets, or loud noises. Pet parents can choose which experiences their furry family prefer such as sun bathing or water games on the fenced pool deck (harness optional), private dog run or pooping in nature, easy walks on our gated gravel driveway, indoor & outdoor couch time, the best napping spots, bird watching, belly scratches, and more! I am open and accepting of all pets, from all families, of all protected characteristics & diversities including (but not limited to) LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, and elderly pet parents. My home is a safe space for you and your beloved animals.

To create a seamless experience as a responsible supervisor, I keep notes with your pets schedule for feeding, meds, potty, and play times. Please tell me the command words you typically use to communicate with your pet so I too can develop a language to meet their needs. Pet parents should also provide emergency contact information incase something unexpected happens when they are not reachable.
A typical day
Most active dogs will be by my side all day while I perform various activities and chores inside and outside the ranch. We will take walks, play with toys or game of tag, and stare into each other's eyes while having long conversations about nothing. During nap time you can find us sun bathing on the pool deck or lounging on the indoor & outdoor furniture. Your cat will probably be inside playing hide-n-seek or watching the squirrels from the safety and comfort of a window perch.

Availability
Each pet has a unique personality and schedule that I am happy to accommodate. I run my own businesses from home so my schedule is very flexible. I’m happy to hang out with your pets whenever is best for their schedule day or night. Pet taxi is available for an additional charge for pick-ups and drop-offs for those who need it. *Doggie Day Care is available from 8am-5pm *Overnight stays are a 24-hour period *Extended hours are available for an extra charge
