Pet care experience
I've been around dogs my whole life. My newly married parents had a dog before I, their oldest child, was even born. The baby in the black and white photo is me with Queenie, my first German Shepherd. Growing up we always had dogs & more than a few had puppies, that I helped raise. I then grew up and raised several puppies with my own family. While I don't currently have my own dog, my love for them has never waned. It certainly doesn't hurt that all my children have their own k9s that I get to play grandpa to! I have regularly cared for dogs of family, friends & neighbors since beginning my semi-retirement. I've recently relocated from the North East, where my children reside so I'm looking for some big, lovable dogs to spend quality time with. It will certainly be a happy month for me if I can fill up my calendar with lots of doggy time. I work part-time, 5-6 hours per day in the Lake Worth area. Otherwise I'm very flexible. My personal favorite dogs are German Shepherds, St. Bernard's, Labs & Mastiffs.

I was nervous I wouldn't find someone that could handle two large breed, jumpy dogs, but we found Bryan and he did great! Communication is good with quick responses. We will be using Bryan again.
As you can see in Bryan's photos, him and Jax have a great bond. Jax a very active puppy, loves when he sees Bryan so much that he does not jump or act crazy he patiently sits and waits like Jax and Bryan have been working on. Jax enjoys his time so much with Bryan that he doesn't seem to enjoy our play time as much. It is a pleasure to have Bryan help take car of Jax for short visits and long ones. I couldn't have picked a better person for our Jax than Bryan.
Bryan took great care of our dogs, Bruno and Moose. This was no easy feat because Moose, the English bulldog is a highly emotional, stubborn, oft-injured, pure bred, good boy. Bruno is a HUGE bull mastiff that can’t be left alone to relieve himself in the yard. Bryan was well-prepared to handle our high-maintenance bundles of joy and they love him dearly. So much so that they started to recognize the sound of his car pulling in and would make me jealous with their excitement to see him. 10/10 highly recommend Bryan’s services.
Bryan possesses all the positive qualities you would look for in the person caring for your pet. He is a natural “pet person” and treats them with calm, confident kindness.

The more I know about your dog the better. I surely want your dog to get as much out of the experience as I know I will. As a lifetime, dog-lover, I can work with just about anything. A few thoughts that might help... How does your dog feel about strangers? Do they have different reactions for kids, males, other dogs? Does your dog adhere to a strict diet? What does it look like if so? How much belly rubs are too much belly rubs? High-energy? Will we only get the most out of this if we can burn a few calories together first? What are the "watch-outs" for neighborhood walks?
A typical day
Well, this all depends on your dog and what they like or require. I'm happy to playful, high-energy activities like fetch or "chase the old man." I'm also happy to keep it as simple as belly rubs and verbal affirmations. I'd expect that you and your good boy or girl will tell me what works best.
