I always start with a meet-and-greet with the pet and family beforehand as it builds trust with the owners and the pet. I also have a checklist of information that I ensure is completed for both my and the families peace of mind which includes information like an emergency contacts, allergies, medications, preferred potty times, and favorite toys and treats. Making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable with me is my top priority.

A few things I find important to know about each pet ahead of time are allergies and medications they’re on, temperament, and any stressors or triggers the pet may have.
A typical day
I love going on runs and walks everyday so I always work in a nice few miles when I’m walking the dogs I watch. Depending on the temperament and energy level of the dog I love going to the park and playing fetch and keep away. One of my favorite places to walk is around the LSU lakes.

I am currently working a full time job while I wait for my fall semester classes to start. I’m free every weekday after 3pm and all day on weekends.
