Thank you for taking care of our sweet Zoey. We hope we can have her come to visit when we go in our trips.

She sent me pictures and kept me updated throughout the weekend. She loved having Pie and I felt really comfortable with her being there!

Brooklyn was great! She took great care of Rocco. Found out after he got there he didn’t do stairs so they carried him up and down them. He’s only 6 months so there was no reason he couldn’t. Sent updates on how things were going. Would love to have her watch him again if ever needed

It seemed like Theodora (my cat) was fine when I picked her up today. Brooklyn was always quick to respond to requests and was flexible on my early return. I want to preface the rest with the fact that this was the first time boarding experience for both of us (my cat and me). I was honest about that with Brooklyn and that I am protective of my girl and that I was nervous about leaving her. That said, I only got one unsolicited report on how she was doing. Other days I only got feedback when I asked ( I would only ask once a day, at most). I got one photo. I got limited details - mostly “okay” or “she seems happy”. I was not shown where Theodora would be homed when I dropped her off. I accommodated a request to drop her off early and still felt like an inconvenience at that time. All of that made it hard for me not to worry when I was vacationing. And when I picked Theodora up, it was clear that she wasn’t given her daily supplements or her wet food ( because of what was returned to me ). I did get the sense that Brooklyn is much more about dogs and that they are probably better aligned with those boarding pups. And while Theodora was lonesome and lost some weight, she is relaxing readily at home, and her safe homecoming was the primary goal. I realize that in any future boardings, I need to be clearer on my expectations and make sure that they make sense with the caretaker’s style.

Brooklyn and her husband were awesome! They took great care of my 4 yo Pitt-mix. Lucie walked right in and seemed to have made herself at home right away🩷. Not sure a dog-mom could ask for anything more!! She seemed happy, taking up furniture, and probably stealing attention🥹

Brooklyn is lovely and my Lila, my Lab, had s great time at her place. I received pictures and she even took care of Lila's anxiety meds. Definitely recommend!
