I've been taking care of animals for most of my life. I grew up with dogs and cats, and had hands on experience with farm animals like chickens and cows. Since then, I've adopted two dogs and a cat of my own, as well as a variety of other small pets including a turtle, snakes, a scorpion, a hamster, and fish. Professionally, I've worked as a dog bather, and I used to volunteer at my local animal rescue. I've raised and trained a puppy and helped take care of several elderly dogs and cats, as well. I've always been the go-to animal person, and I hope I'll be yours, too! For those who are immunocompromised or otherwise concerned, I am fully vaccinated against covid-19 and I have both yours and your animals' health in mind. I'm currently on medical leave from university, so I have a lot of time to dedicate to your pets. I can do part time or full time work, it all depends on your needs! For my own dogs, I have a large fenced in yard and have them crate trained. I train my animals with positive reinforcement and by respecting their boundaries. While I can't offer to have your animals in my home, I do offer other services. When performing those services I will approach your animals with the same love and respect, and I'll do everything I can to ensure their safety and your trust.
