Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of a very large variety of dogs, elderly dogs and even puppies as well as small pets/animals since I was young. My family has always had a dog since I was born! And now as an adult I have 3 of my own. My family is very active and when possible and weather permitting we spend most of our time outdoors. We travel a lot during the summer time and enjoy taking our pups with us. Since the pandemic I have been helping friends and family pet sit for free for about two years now, and figured I’d give it a shot at making some income! I am looking forward to meeting you and your pets! Thank you so much for your time!

I have an electric fence, so any outdoor activity in my personal yard would be supervised and on leash. My dogs have their own couch and are allowed all through out the house. They are crate trained and sleep in their beds at night. We go for walks as often as possible and with our new puppy coming of age we are looking forward to more explorative walks and enrichment activities outside of the yard and neighborhood. I have given medications on a scheduled basis for several animals including my own before. And prefer to get to know the pets I am caring for. My dogs are spoiled with appropriate chews and treats and have a special grain free food. We do lots of enrichment activities like licky mats, puzzles, snuffle toys, kongs and etc.

A typical day
Morning walks, with small sessions of obedience work. Lots of play with toys and treats. Afternoon obedience session and then and evening walk. My family remains active throughout the week and typically are on walks or hikes.

I am currently flexible with my scheduling, I have a second grader so my prime availability is during school hours. Weekends are okay as well, with a reasonable notice.
