Hi, my name is Brooke! I am 23 years old and a graduate student in the Master’s of Occupational Therapy program at James Madison University. I absolutely love all animals and have grown up with them/cared for them since I was a kid. I also have years of professional experience pet sitting dogs and cats of various sizes. She has a true passion for animals (she’s even vegan) and will treat your fur baby like her own. She’s watched my PUPPY while I’ve been out of town numerous times, and each time he sees her, he practically bursts with excitement: kisses, tail wags and all. She is true to her word, listens to your preferences and follows through. She also lives an active lifestyle so your dog will no doubt have a healthy source to get out their energy! Anything you feel is important for me to know! For example, does your pet need any special accommodations I should be aware of? Do I need to administer any medications? What is the typical feeding schedule like? What is their potty schedule like? Are they house trained? Do they get along with other dogs? (My roommate has a foxhound mix). Is there anything else I should know to make them feel more comfortable?
A typical day
I am very active and love going on walks, hikes, and runs. I would love to take them on longs walks around places like the Arboretum and could also take them on hiking trails around Harrisonburg with me! Additionally, my neighborhood has a fenced in dog park they can run around in!

Availability
I have classes Monday to Friday from about 9am-2pm (with long breaks I can come home during), but I am usually always free at all other times including most weekends.
