I’ve been caring for my own fur babies and those of others for over 20 years. The majority of my pet sitting experience has been with cats and dogs, but I’ve also cared for birds, reptiles, rabbits and other small mammals. I’m comfortable administering medication, and I enjoy playtime and walks as much as the animals in my care do.

I’m always nervous to leave Oliver home alone when I travel, but Brooke eases my worry. She takes very good care of Oliver while I’m away. Always updating me on how he is doing that day and sending me pictures of him as well. I know she is doing a great job because Oliver loves having her visit with him. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a quality sitter!

I live in a modest 1 bedroom apartment, so I’m only able to board a small to medium sized dog or cat. I do my best to maintain a consistent schedule for the pets in my care so that their stress levels are reduced while their pet parents are away. It’s my goal to make them feel as comfortable as possible in their home or mine.

I’m happy to administer medication as necessary. If possible, I’d prefer to meet before providing care for my new animal friends so that I can learn their routines, especially if they have special needs or require any particular sort of care.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks and play fetch with the pups in my care. With kitties I’m happy to do the same or stimulate them with other types of play and toys. I also enjoy cuddling and giving lots of pets as needed and tolerated.

I work part time as a virtual freelancer, so my schedule is fairly flexible. It’s easy for me to adapt my work schedule around my pet sitting responsibilities.
