Pet care experience
I am an avid animal lover, fur babies are my whole life. I have lived with dogs all my life, if one was not in my household, a close family member has always had a dog that I have been very close with. I am an animal person at heart and have a lot of experience taking care of small dogs as well as big dogs. I'm very good at following instructions given, I know how important routine is for your pet. I'm great at staying attentive to your fur baby, there's nothing more I enjoy than playing with them and giving them my full undivided attention. Taking care of your pet would be my pleasure and my honor. I'm ready to meet your fur baby! I will send videos/pictures of your fur baby while you’re away as much as you wish! I know how getting footage of your pet always makes everything better and brings a smile to your face! If you’re curious or have any questions about me/for me please don’t hesitate to message me. I’m currently a college student and signed up for Rover because it’s my dream to make sure ever pet is taken care of with respect, love & the attention they deserve. Which is all of it! :)

I hate to leave a negative review, but I’m only doing it out of genuine concern for other dogs out there. Brooke never showed up for the dog sitting we booked. No call, no text, just ignored the booking altogether. Unfortunate because we booked two weeks in advance and messaged again to confirm the day before the booking. When we checked our doggie cam on Sunday morning, we noticed that Brooke never arrived Saturday afternoon as scheduled. Our poor dog had been home alone for almost 24 hours. If you have an emergency and need to cancel I understand, but you need to communicate with us so we can make alternate arrangements. A dog is a living, breathing thing and this isn’t a responsibility to be taken lightly. If we were away for more than 24 hours and didn’t have the cam to check in, it could have easily become a dangerous situation. I’m sorry to say but I can’t in good conscience recommend anyone trust Brooke with their dog.
Our much needed short family vacay was enhanced so much more since we had peace of mind knowing our girls were well taken care of. From the first moment of meet & greet it was abundantly clear that Brooke is super compassionate and genuinely cares for pets and their families. Brooke is polite and professional. Brooke communicates extremely well and replies to all texts promptly. Brooke readily offers any concerns in our fur babies best interest and is extremely responsible and reliable. Having Brooke housesit for us has truly been the best decision for all. Our girls are happy and never had to leave the comfort of our home, and anxieties were most definitely alleviated as taking them elsewhere would have been challenging for all involved. Brooke independently checked in with us daily as well as kept in touch with us randomly during our getaway since admittedly we missed them so much as we seldom are without our furbabies. We are so grateful and relieved to have found Brooke, most certainly recommend her and most definitely plan to hopefully have the pleasant opportunity to welcome her service again next time. For as long as I've known Brooke she has always been an animal lover. From her own pup to anyone else's she shows nothing but love to them. She knows how to handle pets very well and is very responsible with them and knows just what they need!
I’ve gotten the pleasure to know Brooke for many years and I full hearted trust her, especially with my own dog! She has been a dog sitter for my 7 year old lab for years when my husband Bill and I would travel for a few days. She always did an incredible job- making sure my dog was comfortable and happy, going on long walks to ensure proper exercise, etc. My dog loves her so much and is always happy to see her. I highly recommend her as a dog sitter 100%

We will go on walks around the neighborhood. We will also go on fun adventures like hiking and nature walks (with your permission of course!). I also love bringing pups to the doggie park for socialization if it's okay with you.
