Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m a Registered Nurse (I’m a care taker by nature!), and fur mama to an English Golden Retriever and a German Shepherd. I’ve been caring for animals since I was a child and have volunteered at my local animal shelter. I also grew up in Michigan with 3 beagles, and 3 cats! I don’t consider taking care of animals “work” because if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life! I’m a Registered Nurse working 3 days a week, and know my schedule 6 weeks in advance so I will keep my availability updated to reflect that. There’s no bigger worry than wondering if your pet is in good hands while you’re away. I’m here to help ease that anxiety, sending you lots of photos and updates through the day. I treat each and every pet as they are my own. I’m looking forward to giving all the love and snuggles to your fur family!

Brooke is an avid animal lover. She loves taking care of her two fur babies at home, Cooper and Scar. She is always walking them around the neighborhood, playing with them in the yard, and introducing them to other dogs at the dog park. I would highly recommend Brooke as a dog caregiver.

I have a full fenced, very large backyard to keep your pups safe and plenty of area to play. Please see photos attached to profile for reference of yard! I also have a large dog crate to utilize if your dog requires to be crated for nighttime. *** Please note: if you are booking an in-home drop off at my house, I only accept large dog breeds due to my German shepherd only “liking” being around larger dogs.

Please let me know if there are any special needs or behaviors I can account for. It is important to discuss how your dogs are on leash, around other dogs, if your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations, any aggressive behaviors, etc. I want this experience to be as stress free for both you and your pets!
A typical day
I’m a strong believer that animals must get their energy out, just like humans, to live a healthy, happy life! I love going on scenic walks with dogs, playing fetch, tug-of-war, and any other activities your dog enjoys to play.

Availability
I work 3 days a week as a Registered Nurse working 12 hour shifts. If you are scheduled to have your dog at my house during any of my working days, my husband will be home all day those days to accommodate your pup!
