Pet care experience
My family has had dogs, both big and small, throughout the entirety of my life. For as long as I can remember I have helped care for them, feeding them, walking them, bathing them, taking them to vet appointments, and most importantly, loving them. 5 years ago I adopted my own dog, a black pug named Jug, and have fully cared for him ever since. He is the absolute love of my life, so I deeply understand needing to have someone you trust to take care of your fur baby/babies. I recently moved back in with my family and have taken over caring for our 4 dogs. We also have 3 cats, one of them being my own, that I provide care for as well. Living in a house with 7 animals may seem chaotic to some people, but I truly wouldn’t have it any other way. I have always had a strong love for all animals and hope to incorporate that love into my career, helping to make the world a better place for them.

Brooke did an outstanding job taking care of my dog. She responded quickly to my my request and agreed to drop ins in very short notice. She took wonderful care of my dog . She was prompt and thorough and my dog was well taken care of. I highly recommend her for you pet care needs!
If you are looking for a trustworthy, down to earth, responsible, and all around GOOD person it’s Brooke!!! I can’t recommend a better person that truly loves animals and helping people out more than this amazing girl! She’s such a hard worker and has the purest heart. A great friend and someone you who will allow you to relax and be worry free while you leave your fur babies in her care!
Our dog would get so excited whenever Brooke came for a visit. She is a true animal lover. She cares not only about the safety of dogs but of their comfort and happiness as well. I highly recommend Brooke.
Brooke is a very conscientious person! She takes very good care of her dogs and cats. She has had her little pug since college and even during her busiest times with classes and homework he was her first priority. Always making sure to give him lots of love and attention. She is definitely someone I completely trust with my pups and kitties.

Since I have 7 animals at home already I will be providing pet care solely at my clients’ homes. This way, no one’s pet feels overwhelmed and is able to feel comfortable and at ease in an environment that is familiar to them. Whatever service I am providing whether it be walking or sitting, I will make sure to treat your dog/s like they are my own. I will work hard and carefully to gain their trust, making sure to respect their boundaries. I believe positive reinforcement is key, and will only ever treat them with kindness and love. I will protect them, comfort them, and provide them with the utmost care at every moment. Belly rubs, scratches, and kisses are all an essential part of the job description (depending on what your dog is comfortable with of course!). I guarantee your dog/s will enjoy their time spent with me, and I undoubtedly will enjoy my time spent with your dog/s :)

It is important to know a dog’s temperament, if they’re reactive or not, and if the dog gets along well with other dogs/other pets. It’s also important to know if the dog has any likes/dislikes, if there’s anything that makes them uncomfortable or anxious so these things can be avoided. The likes are also very important so I can make sure he/she is having the best time in my care! If a dog has any health issues that is important to know as well so I can act accordingly if any problems arise.
A typical day
We will play fetch, tug-of-war, other fun games with toys, and run around! I will take them to fun spots, including parks and nice walks in the woods on beautiful trails, depending on what the dog is comfortable with of course. I will give them treats (but not too many!) and rub their bellies!

Availability
I am currently working on furthering my education online as well as working part-time on the weekends, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday late afternoon/evenings. I create my own schedule for school so I have very open and flexible availability for pet care during the work week, as well as some availability in the morning on the weekends. I am able to work with my clients’ schedules and can make sure I am available for the times that are convenient for them on the days I am fully available.
