Unfortunately our experience was not pleasant, I felt at ease because Brooke had the same breed of dog that I do. We met weeks prior and she seemed to be very capable of taking care of our home, dogs and chickens. We left for our trip and Brooke arrived that evening. My son was here to go over the care of the animals and then left once everyone was settled. The following day she left the house at 4am and locked my dogs outside without water, forgot to turn lights off and left our garage door open all day, forecasted temp was 82. I was very upset, not only was our home insecure, but my dogs were being neglected. I wrote her via Rover app voicing my concerns and her reply was “my bad, I was out of it.” The next day was the a very similar story, my son came by the house to do some work in the shop and noticed the dogs locked out yet again without water, Brooke had left for the day and I messaged her that my in-laws would be taking over from here, and her services were no longer needed. She told me via Rover messaging app that she was sorry and would be issuing a refund, that was 3 weeks ago and she has since blocked me.

Brooke did a great job with drop in visits for my cat Bush. She feed and watered him and cleaned his box. Bush was very happy.
