Pet care experience
Animals will forever have my heart, as they teach love is something to be felt rather than heard. I have been an active volunteer at local animal shelters, despite where I have lived, since the start of high school in 2014. I have an animal science undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and an animal and vet science masters degree from the University of Wyoming. The last 3 years I have been a foster at LAWS (Laramie, WY), until recently moving to KS.

Brooke was absolutely amazing! She was great about communicating how the visits were going and sending pictures, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She even went above and beyond to bring packages inside for us. I could not recommend her more to take care of your little furry friends!

I like to take dogs to the dog park for socialization, exercise, and mental stimulation. It’s always good to get fresh air, so I enjoy walking dogs and if permitted, going on pup cup runs.

Availability
As a current PhD student at KUMC, my schedule is flexible and varies day to day. However, 6 hours would be the longest amount of time during the week days I’d be gone. Weekends I am always home.
