Quick and responsive to all messages, however, Save yourself and your pup and move on. Unfortunately I used Brooke for a second walk as my regular walker wasn’t available. I booked her for 1 hr but she returned my 10 month old pup after 30min. When I received my Rover card and gps, she walked him 5 houses away to the corner which takes 1 min to walk to and back. What did she do for the remaining 28min window? Did she just stand there at the corner, waiting for time to go by? Is this the service someone can expect from her or other Rover walkers? I paid $20 for a dog walk service, yet my dog didn’t get his walk, so what did I pay for? I’m new to Rover and I have to say, it’s a real toss up with what service you receive.

Brooke absolutely spoiled our pup the whole time we were gone with car rides and pup cups! I knew Kali would be in great hands as soon as I met Brook you can tell she genuinely loves doggos! We have a large reactive sassy lady and Brooke knew exactly how to handle her. Our vacation was worry and stress free knowing Kali was in great hands. House was clean and tidy when we got home. 100000% would love to have her back! Brooke also picked us up from the airport which was a nice bonus ☺️ such a kind hearted and friendly person!
