Pet care experience
I have a Bachelors in Animal Science Canine, where I trained many dogs for Canine Good Citizen, Therapy Dogs, obedience, agility, etc. I am a Masters student at Cornell majoring in Animal Science, targeting Nutrition and Welfare. I recently started up my own dog training business, and I am an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator. I have experience working in Animal Shelters, boarding facilities, dog walking businesses, and barn duty. I currently work as an emergency vet assistant at VSES in Rochester, NY. I have a lot of free time on my hands, transportation, and am home a lot. The animals could stay at my place if that is easier for you, and I am pretty flexible. I make sure they get a lot of physical and mental stimulation. I have experience in training dogs. I understand that each dog has their own personality and traumas, and that takes lots of patience and different methods of care.

Needing a sitter on short notice, due to a death in the family, Brooke was a perfect sitter for our aging Yorkie. Being her first time handling her, She was very thorough and gave us updates and pictures of her visits. Despite our dog being a little shy and fearful of a new presence in the house, I believe she got excellent care.
Brooke took excellent care of my pets. She contacted me immediately when there was a slight issue, which was resolved quickly. Both my dog and cat seemed well cared for when I returned home. I would definitely hire her again.
Brooklyn is great, knowledgable, kind and calm. We are super protective of our baby girl and she put us right at ease. She was available right away when we were in a pinch. She came to our home, which we needed because our dog had some medical issues. She gave us training advice right away to help us deal with some of our puppy's behaviors we would like to correct. We will definitely book with Brooke again!

Availability
I’m free all days. I work overnight shifts at my job Tuesdays-Fridays, but if your pet is good in a crate, I can bring him to work with me for extra socialization/cuddles! I have plenty of time before and after work for walks, play, etc.
