Pet care experience
My dog is 13 years old and I have been her primary care giver/companion for all of those years. I have been through all stages a dog goes through: puppy stages, energetic teenage stage, and I’m now in her old dog years. I love being around all animals -especially dogs- and I have experience with walking friends and neighbors dogs which is always a blast! Right now, my dog has difficulty walking because of her age, so I have built a wagon with a dog bed so she can walk until her legs give out, but she can still be with me and continue exploring in the wagon. I have a multitude of pets like lizards, cats, guinea pigs, and dogs. I would love to spend time with your pets and I know pets are family so I would treat them just as I do my dog!

Brooke is the biggest pet lover I know. She not only has a deep affection for animals of all kinds but she is an exceptionally responsible sitter that understands a pet’s needs beyond just cuddling and playing but responsibly exercising and cleaning up after pets when nature calls. I take my dog for a walk everyday and in the summer times, we also go for swims in the lake. I am able to go on various walk lengths and do that a lot with my older aged dog. My yard isn’t fenced in but I will go out with her when she needs to go to the bathroom and I will generally sit with her outside and watch her roam around.

Knowing the dogs energy level, size, weight are some things that would be great to know before hand! Also, maybe allergies/if you are okay with me giving your pet a few treats. Finally, if your dog is friendly or if he/she has triggers I should avoid.
A typical day
I love to go on walks of whatever length your pet is used to. Spending time at parks, playing fetch, or any other activities are a blast for us both! My personal favorite park is Thorpe Park but I’ve been to many great ones!

Availability
I currently have a pretty flexible schedule. I’m free most days especially in the mornings to about 4:00 pm when I start my other job. Some days I would be free after 4:00, but it depends on my other jobs schedule!
