Hello! Our names are Brooke & Robbie, we are passionate dog lovers - excited to invite new furry friends into our home. We both grew up with pets (including dogs, cats, horses, chickens, birds) and have years of dog sitting experience ranging from puppies to senior dogs. We started using Rover to fulfill our desire of having a pet ourselves, while providing a safe and fun home away from home for your dog. We understand the importance of finding a trustworthy pet sitter and are here to keep your mind at ease during your dog’s stay.

Brooke and her partner Robbie were both wonderful caretakers for Luna, who didn’t want to leave when I picked her up! Not only that, they were very flexible in arranging a pick-up time. Will book with them again when we are next in Victoria!

Our home is set up to be fully dog proof, clean and comfortable for your pet. We are located in a pet-friendly condo/townhouse building, with an outdoor ground level patio that is fully fenced. We are in a safe, low-traffic, residential neighbourhood near Cook St. Village - just steps away from many outdoor parks. We have feeding bowls, leashes, toys and blankets for dog guests. You are welcome to drop off any supplies that may help your dog feel more at home. Since each dog has different dietary needs, we request you bring their food with them.

We are always willing to set up a meet & greet in advance, especially for longer stays it can be helpful to make sure it's the best fit for everyone :)
A typical day
We love spending time outdoors, adventuring and going for long walks. We make sure to go for a morning, lunch and afternoon walk every day. We can adjust the walk length based on your dog's energy level and have access to many parks and trails nearby. We are passionate about dog training and love to play interactive games with playful dogs.

Availability
Brooke works in banking, part of the week from home and part of the week in office (only a 5 minute walk from home). Robbie works in transportation, close to home as well. If we are both working on-site, one of us always comes home for a mid-day dog walk. We make sure your pet isn't left alone for more than 4 hours, and have a camera to keep an eye on how the pet is doing so we can come back more frequently if needed.
