Pet care experience
Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 5 years old. In elementary school, I would puppy sit and walk my neighbors’ dogs. In high school, I volunteered at animal shelters and fostered many rescue pups. I also have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and dogs undergoing treatment or recovering from surgery. Working with foster and rescue dogs, I understand that some pets need a little bit more love or time to warm up. I do have experience caring for exotic pets as well (birds, hamsters, rabbits, snakes, and fish) so if you have any other animals, we can definitely work out an additional rate. :) I will treat your pets just how I treat my own and all the animals I’ve fostered, with tremendous amounts of care and love! Please let me know if your pet has any specific needs or if there is anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable during drop-in visits and walks. I am more than happy to send updates, photos, videos, etc.

Brooke was absolutely amazing!! She was so thoughtful with our two kitties. She takes in every detail that you request for your fur baby and treats them like her own. The thorough sweet messages after each visit with multiple cute photos gave me such peace knowing my babies were being loved! 100% recommend her to anyone who wants the best care!
Brooke is amazing with Arnie. He clearly is always happy to see her as he is always in good spirits in the photos and videos she sends. Brooke also does an amazing job posting updates, which are greatly appreciated
Brooke was amazing. This was our first experience with Rover but she was more than we could ask for. While she walked and took care of our dog she did so much more including changes on the fly. She showed initiative

I am more than happy to schedule a meet and greet for repeated drop-in visits and walks. During a meet and greet, you can meet me personally and we will talk about what needs to be done while you are away. Other than caring for your beloved pets, I am also happy to do things around the house like bring in packages, mail, water the plants, etc! All you have to do is let me know during our meet and greet or over the phone. I understand things change and I am very flexible in extending my stays, booking last minute, scheduling, etc.

I would like to have a conversation on the phone prior to the booking to make sure I understand your expectations and meet your pet’s needs. Knowing their daily routine, food/potty schedule, personality, background, and even, their favorite toys are just a few things that will help me make your pet as comfortable as possible. This will help all of us. If your dog has any dietary restrictions, please let me know as well. I always have treats with me!
A typical day
I love taking dogs outside as much as possible! With my own dog, we go to the park and play fetch together or go on long walks. However, I understand every dog has different physical activity levels and I’m just as happy to snuggle them or take them on a leisurely stroll instead.

Availability
I am a full-time college student with a dog of my own. I have a spaniel mix named Maple! Thus, I cannot do overnight stays. However, my schedule is pretty flexible and I am available almost anytime for walks or drop-in visits whenever I am not in class.
