I have always have had cats and dogs and know what it takes to provide the care they need. I have taken care of friends and family’s animals when they have gone on trips and also have experience with farm animals. I am a current full time college student at Hiram. My house is only a twelve minute drive from campus and I have several breaks between classes where I am able to home check on the animals, let them out, and play a quick game of ball throw before having to head back to class. After class I always go home and let the animals out again before heading to work. My shifts during the week are typically only 3-4 hours so the animals will never be alone for too long. I have a partial fenced in back yard which is very convenient for quick potty breaks and running around. The fenced in yard is part of a 2 acre lot with lots of room for off leash play if the owner if comfortable with that. I have a cat and dog who are very friendly and love visitors. My dog is crated when nobody is home because she has separation anxiety. I do have a doggy camera by the cage that way I am able to monitor while I am away. Your pet will always be monitored in my care even if I am not there. I prefer to cage dogs while I am not home but if a dog I am watching is accustomed to being out of a cage and has no history of tearing anything up I am okay with leaving them out in the house. I am currently in school but I have several breaks throughout the day that I can provide outside time for dogs, potty breaks, and feeding. I prioritize pet care because I know how important it is to know that your animal is being taken care of while you are busy. I have a fenced in backyard next and a doggy camera that I can always monitor to ensure the safety of the dog. Animals are not typically left alone for more than 2-3 hour nor will they be left outside unattended
