Pet care experience
Although I am new to Rover I am not new to professionally walking dogs! Furthermore, I have grown up with and taken care of dogs my whole life, from puppy stages to senior stages. I love every type of animal there is and know each one has their own unique personality and needs. I will care for yours with respect and love; after all, I know pets aren’t just animals in your home, they’re an important member of your family!

Brooke did an amazing job! She was wonderful to have as our sitter. Our cat is very shy and timid and she warmed up to Brooke right away and they had a great time together! Cleo misses her new friend already! Brooke was very detailed in her daily check in’s and she takes the best pictures! She’s a true professional! It was very difficult to be away from our cat but she was in great hands with Brooke. Highly recommend her and we will definitely be booking with Brooke in the future!
Brooke, is an amazing professional! She was incredibly responsive to my request (other service providers either didn’t respond, or when they did it was 5-9 days later) the quick response to service request was first thing in my opinion that moves Brooke to number one choice!!! We set a meet, and greet to go over care she was on time, attentive. As we did tour and spoke I felt very comfortable she was the right person. And immediately made friends with Pip…. During visits she communicated, and sent photos of her visit. felt very comfortable after meeting, that Pip would be in good hands. After working with Brooke, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I definitely will be booking with Brooke again.

When I go to your home for the first time I always approach your pet slowly and carefully as to not make them nervous from meeting someone new. I give them time to adjust to me while speaking quietly and in a friendly manner, letting them sniff my hand and offer petting if they seem to warm up to me. I understand this may take some time; I just want them comfortable! Finally I will put on their leash and/or harness and encourage them out the door with me for their walk!

You may also inform me of possible triggers or special things to be aware of about your dog, too. I always want to keep everybody safe and I am happy to accommodate any requests as long as you and your pup are both happy!
A typical day
I love taking dogs through their neighborhood so they can sniff things they are familiar with while still having the opportunity to discover something new! If there is a park nearby I also love walking them there.

Availability
I am currently working full-time as a dog walker/pet sitter so your pet has my full attention all day, every day of the week! I have open availability provided I don’t have another animal scheduled during your desired time frame.
