I first started pet-sitting when I was 12 years old to earn extra money for college and continued to grow my house-sitting, home-sitting, and dog-walking business for four years. Most recently, I got back into dog sitting when my boss got a puppy for our office and I helped train and sometime sit for the dog. Right now, I am not working at that office, so I am available full-time! Some of my special skills include: grooming, recognizing behavioral signals, basic dog handling and training, knowledge of canine anatomy and breed standards, standards, ability to communicate with other animal professionals and owners, ability to recognize common health problems, desire to pursue relevant canine related certifications, taking care of elderly dogs, and patience.
