I currently work as a Veterinary Technician at a local Animal Hospital in Greenville. Before this I had worked at a grooming, training and boarding facility, for 4 years! Both of these places have given me opportunities with many dog breeds from small to large along with working with cats! I enjoy every minute of my job because I have always been a huge animal enthusiasts! I’ve watched family and friends pets before! I have an overwhelming, genuine love for animals! I have hopes to go to veterinarian school and becoming a vet one day! I have already worked with a few near by veterinarians from equine to small breed and exotics, and I can’t say enough how much I love all the experiences it allows me to see! I’ve had dogs and other animals ever since I can remember, starting with having a Rottweiler when I was born to a mini schnauzer from ages 5-17, a black lab, and then two cavalier king Charles spaniels. I have owned horses and to this day I still own 6 donkeys who have taught me all about responsibility! I have a dog named Haisley, who stays with me often and she is a mini black golden doodle who is just as sweet as can be! At my home now I have my personal dog, Zander, who is a Belgian Malinois and gets along extremely well with other dogs! For my home boarding I do REQUIRE a crate (unless you have booked with me before and I know your sweet one well enough!) to be brought with every dog just due to me having roommates and no real confining area to let a dog roam within the house. They will only be crated when I leave my home, other than that they will be out roaming with my supervision or outside in my gated backyard playing fetch or whatever they desire! I also do NOT board dogs that are puppy pad trained, they must be trained to go outside unless they are puppy’s going through potty training. This is because when your pups who use potty pads come to a new home they do not have their usual spot to go to the puppy pad and I have had many use my floor instead of the pads that are set out for them.
