Pet care experience
Hello! A little bit about me, I’ve been in Alaska my whole life, Anchorage since 2017. I am a full time graduate student and social worker. I've owned and been around animals my whole life and seldom meet an animal I have not gotten along with! I have prior experience pet sitting and boarding. I am familiar with administering oral medication as well as working with dogs who have dietary restrictions. I live in the downtown area with my partner Tyler and our two cats and one dog (all up to date on vaccinations). If you have any more questions about me feel free to ask, I am happy to share!

Brooke is absolutely AWESOME! Our dog Sea Biscuit was a rescue (not treated well) so we were a little concerned how Biskie would react with Brooke or anyone, really. Brooke is such a sweet soul, Biskie warmed up EASILY - including with her 2 cats and dog!!! They all became pals! Brooke cared for her sore paw, walked her for miles and loved on her completely. Sea Biscuit would pace from her to the bedroom and back to impress upon her that it was BEDTIME! ? We greatly appreciate Brooke and will definitely use her again. A typical day
We live close within walking distance of the Delaney Park strip, as well as the Chester creek trail, those are our go to spots! We use the valley of the moon dog park as well, though our dog is not the biggest fan of dog parks. We typically or find an open field to throw her frisbee. It all depends on your comfortability and preference of your dog being on/off leash.

I work full time but I have flexibility in my schedule. I am mobile at work and often have time to stop by the house to check on my animals and let my dog out. My partner also comes home for lunch frequently and will also take the dog out for a little potty break.
