WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have never left a negative review, but when it comes to my dog and other peoples animals being at risk and experiencing what I went through this review is necessary. Brooke, showed up to the initial meet and greet 3 hours late, and I had to reach out first to her to confirm if I was wrong, and I wasn’t. But most importantly she showed up the first day when I was out of the country 3 hours late to feed, let my dog out to potty, and house sit. Then the next morning (had only been doing the job for less than 16hrs) cancelled house sitting and taking care of my dog entirely while I’m OUT OF THE COUNTRY because she was worried about the freeze and going back and forth to PCB. She mentioned being concerned about the freeze the first night on the job, then the next morning had an “family emergency” along with concerns of the freeze shutting down the PCB Bridge, found the timing of events rather suspicious. Even though Rover is her full time job. I would NOT RECOMMEND unless you want undue stress and your vacation ruined on whether she actually fulfills her commitment to watch your pet and house. I know this is harsh, but it’s true and I don’t like when someone messes with my dog, who I consider my life.

I’ve used Brooke twice now and I’m very thankful to have found her. She has stayed overnight at my house a few nights while watching my dog and everything went smoothly and my dog had no anxiety when I returned. My pup absolutely adores her and is so excited when she comes. She is very great with communicating when my dog eats, sleeps, goes potty, etc. I will continue to have her dog walk/watch in the future!
