I am a lifelong dog owner (both large and small) and recently lost my beloved 12 year old Chihuahua, Bella. My apt feels empty without her and so I am hoping that dog-sitting can help fill the void. I know from personal experience how important and hard it can be to find someone you trust to love your dog as much as you do while you are away. I live in the West Village and work in Bryant Park. I typically take care of all of my friends pups when convenient so have experience with a wide variety of breeds. Some days I can work remote but it depends on my schedule. Evenings and weekends are easiest. As long as the dog is well trained he/she can roam free in my apt while I am away. While I have a lot of experience with senior dogs given my recent loss I think it's still too soon so prefer younger, healthy dogs for the time being.
